Product requirements

1. Rear axle appearance

A) smooth appearance, no dirt, grease, glue, etc., no exposed bottom, bubble, flow mark, pitting, orange peel, etc.;

B) the welding shall be firm and reliable, and the welding seam shall be uniform and smooth. Defects such as false welding, fake welding and crack shall not be allowed, and no cracks shall be allowed in the aluminum shell;

C) on the surface of the bridge shell, customer name, product specification, production date and other information shall be marked according to customer requirements;

2. Rear axle size

A) length of rear bridge: L±3mm;

B) center distance of lifting lug: M±3mm;

C) lug symmetry: distance difference between lug and circular plate ≤2mm;

D) parallelism of lifting lug: Angle difference ≤2°;

E) center distance of wheel mounting screws: 100±0.1mm;

F) length of wheel mounting bolt: exposed end 22±0.5mm/25.5±0.5mm

3. Noise requirements

A) db requirements: no load noise of the rear axle ≤74 db (tape measure 400mm 48V1000W 3100RPM motor);

B) audio requirements: the rear bridge (forward, reverse, accelerate and slide) has no loud sound, no loud sound, no roaring, low voice;

4. Braking requirements

A) braking mode: 180 disc brake

1) dish brake beat: end beat ≤0.3mm;

Side swing ≤0.4mm;

2) braking movement: no obvious movement;

3) brake rotation resistance: smooth rotation without resistance, no shaft rotation;

4) braking area: the contact area between brake disc and brake shoe reaches the design requirements;

5) disc brake test: pump installation is over, the lower pump locks the disc brake, and the upper pump locks the car

6) braking requirements:

I. empty car stops to brake the wheels and drag, both wheels are locked;

II. Parallel cement road, vehicle 300KG, load 0KG, vehicle speed ≤31KM/H, braking distance ≤ 10m;

B) braking mode: 160 mechanical brake

1) braking Angle: mechanical brake 20-30° (special order production);

2) effective braking travel: the critical value of the friction brake block and the Angle difference after braking is within 10 degrees (travel difference is 12mm);

3) braking movement: no obvious movement;

4) brake runout: end runout ≤0.3mm;

Side swing ≤0.4mm;

5) brake rotation resistance: smooth rotation without resistance, no shaft rotation;

6) braking area: double-sided contact area, more than 70%;

7) braking requirements:

I. empty car stops to brake the wheels and drag, both wheels are locked;

II. Parallel cement road, vehicle 300KG, load 0KG, vehicle speed ≤31KM/H, braking distance ≤ 10m;

III. Parallel cement road, vehicle 300KG, load 200KG, vehicle speed ≤28KM/H, braking distance ≤ 11m;
